Terms of Service

Xixiva provides AI-assisted creative tools (including music and video-related features) on a credit basis. Features may change as we improve the platform.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that pose security, legal, or abuse risks.

Credits are required for paid generations. Prices are shown in BDT unless stated otherwise. Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Credits have no cash value except where a monetary refund is expressly approved.

You retain rights to content you upload, to the extent you own them. Subject to third-party AI provider terms, you may use outputs you generate for personal or commercial purposes, provided you comply with these Terms and applicable law.

You grant Xixiva a limited license to process your inputs and outputs solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Illegal, harmful, or infringing use is prohibited.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted under Bangladesh law, Xixiva’s total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three (3) months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting changes means you accept the updated Terms.
